Products
Please note all goods remain the property of www.gondwanaresources.co.uk until paid for.
We endeavour to display photos of the actual products for sale but in certain circumstances the items despatched will vary in relation to images shown. In these cases it will either be stipulated on the relevant product page or we will notify you before despatching your order.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to sell our products on a wholesale basis. For trade or wholesale enquiries please send an email to info@gondwanaresources.co.uk or use the Contact Us link on the site.
Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Should payment be made by cheque, the order will be despatched within 2 business days of the funds being cleared. If for any reason we are unable to despatch the goods within 2 business days, we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs will be applied to your order. The shipping cost will be dependent on the weight of the products purchased and the shipping address. We reserve the right to alter the Shipping Costs without notice. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for further information.
If when you receive your order the packaging is either damaged or you believe it has been tampered with, DO NOT sign for the delivery without the postman or delivery company making a record of the damage. If you accept a damaged parcel we cannot replace any of the contents free of charge. Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
We may offer the option of shipping to an alternate delivery address. In most cases we will be able to oblige, but please note we cannot always accommodate this request.
Back orders
We endeavour to keep all items that are displayed on the website in stock. If an out of stock item is displayed on the site, it will be indicated clearly that the item is out of stock and not available for purchase.
On occasion an item you have ordered may become out of stock. If this occurs we will notify you and offer to 'back-order' the item for you. If the item is part of a larger order we will dispatch the available items as normal and then the 'back-ordered' item will be delivered at no additional cost to you. We will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Customs & Excise
We are required to complete Custom Declarations on all orders shipped to non-EU countries, including European countries that are not EU-members. Custom Declarations will aid in a smooth transition through that country’s importation procedures.
You may be liable for additional importation charges and taxes at the 'port of entry' in accordance with the applicable local customs and excise laws. You may also be liable for tax on any shipping charges. It is your responsibility to pay for these.
